Severus Snape was his usual self, gently ringing the bell, his expression calm and utterly unruffled.

Katelyle, who was researching potions in his laboratory, heard the sound and set aside his work.

"Severus, what brings you here?" Katelyle invited Severus inside, prepared a cup of coffee for him, and asked with a smile.

"Kate, I'd like to learn more Dark Elemental Magic from you." Severus Snape accepted the coffee Katelyle offered, nodded slightly in thanks, and sat down opposite him.

"That's no problem at all, Severus!" Katelyle smiled. "If you can learn more Dark Elemental Magic, that's a good thing for me. It means I won't have quite so much pressure on my shoulders."

"Speaking of which, is this for that first-year student?" Katelyle asked, looking at Severus Snape.

Katelyle chuckled, took a small sip of coffee, then turned and went back into his room.

When he came out again, Katelyle was holding a notebook. He handed it to Severus Snape with a smile. "This book is devoted to recording all kinds of Dark Elemental Magic. You can take it back and study it carefully."

"Also, if you want to properly research Dark Elemental Magic, I suggest finding somewhere with few people around. Its destructive power is considerable, and some of the spells will frighten people."

Severus Snape accepted the spellbook, opened it, and glanced through a few pages before putting it away. "Thank you for the reminder, Kate."
