Eugene looked terrible, and utterly bedraggled.
Snape toyed with him like a cat with a mouse.
One by one, the core subordinates around him had been dealt with by Snape. Now, he was alone, his body covered in cut wounds.
Snape had always been powerful enough. Back when he had been at Voldemort's side, his status had been no lower than Voldemort's.
Now that he had learned Elemental Magic—particularly the rarer Dark Elemental Magic—his strength had increased even further.
For instance, Eugene had absolutely no ability to resist before Snape now.
"Severus, are you really going to wipe us out completely?"
"You should know that our forces are spread everywhere. If I'm captured, those hiding in the shadows will definitely come forward and attack you at any cost."
"I refuse to believe you can protect every student."

Eugene ran as he shouted angrily at Severus.
He was afraid. He had no choice but to reveal some of his bargaining chips, hoping they would make Snape spare him.
As Severus Snape listened to Katelyle's words, his expression darkened somewhat.
"Eugene, it seems you've forgotten something."
"I was once a Death Eater. I still remember who many of you are."
"If I want to find you, I have plenty of ways. They can't stay hidden."
Snape's voice sounded beside Eugene's ear, making Eugene's face grow even darker.
Yes, he had forgotten something.
Severus Snape might not have known every detail of their identities, but he was certainly familiar with
