"Ice Lemonade!"
Standing before the spiral staircase, Katelyle called out the password.
The door to the room opened. Katelyle entered first, followed by Sirius Black, Harry, and the others.
When Katelyle led everyone inside, Dumbledore and Severus Snape, who were already in the room, were somewhat surprised.
Oh, there was one more person here—Remus Lupin.
Katelyle was somewhat surprised to see Remus Lupin here, but it was good news.
"Professor Kate, what is this?" Remus Lupin shifted his gaze to Sirius Black and the others behind Katelyle, his eyes full of confusion.
Katelyle smiled and explained, "We discovered something interesting, and we need someone to bear witness to it."
Upon hearing Katelyle's words, Severus Snape, Dumbledore, and Remus Lupin all turned their eyes toward Sirius Black.
That was because Sirius Black was currently holding a rat captive in a Thunder Prison, which was rather abnormal.
"Mr. Weasley, is this your pet rat, Scabbers?" Dumbledore had an excellent memory and recognized the rat's owner at a glance.
Ron Weasley looked at Scabbers in Sirius Black's hand, then at Katelyle. After hesitating, he nodded. "If I remember correctly, this really is my Scabbers."
"It is missing a toe. It was already like that when I got it."
"But David said that Scabbers has lived for thirteen years, which is very unusual."
"Whenever Hermione Granger's Crookshanks sees Scabbers, it always wants to eat him immediately."
Severus Snape stared at Scabbers in Sirius Black's hand, studying him carefully. "For an ordinary rat, three years is more or less the limit. Pet rats may be somewhat different, but six years is still the limit. A rat that has lived for thirteen years is indeed abnormal."
Dumbledore also stepped forward and said to Sirius Black, "Can you release it?"
Sirius Black nodded and withdrew his magic.
