"Master, what do you think?"
Miao Mu leaned against the wall with his hands behind his head, smiling as he looked at the man behind the iron bars. The Iron Fist Stone Monkey Statue sat on the floor.
This was the Gotham Police Department detention room, located on the first basement level. In the old days, it would have been called a dungeon. Though it was called a detention room, it was really just a cage enclosed by iron bars on all four sides.
However, countless metal chains now wound through it, all for the sake of restraining one man: Bronze Tiger!
Four chains bound his body, controlling his hands and feet and confining him to the center of the bars. He could only move within a one-meter radius.
The other ends of the chains were connected to high-voltage wires. If Bronze Tiger tried to break free, they could throw the switch and electrocute him unconscious.
Escaping from inside was basically impossible.
Miao Mu had carefully examined the situation at Blackgate Prison and discovered that a prison break was far from simple. It required coordination from both inside and outside; without an insider, escaping was simply too difficult.
So Miao Mu chose to keep the news sealed. The guards here had always been Gordon's Major Crimes Unit One, along with the detectives transferred over from Arkham.
Even Police Commissioner Loeb did not know someone was being held beneath the Gotham Police Department. This had become the safest place, and no one knew Bronze Tiger was imprisoned here.
At first, Gordon had objected somewhat when he saw Miao Mu intending to bind the unconscious Bronze Tiger with chains. He thought it was making a mountain out of a molehill.
Only after Gordon personally witnessed Bronze Tiger twist handcuffs apart like chocolate
