Qian captured Danzo, perfected a soul seal to control him, and used the captive to support his training while secretly expanding his network of agents across the major villages. After breaking through a bodily enhancement bottleneck, Qian gained a major increase in chakra capacity and recovery and adjusted his training priorities.

• Qian sealed Danzo in a scroll, discovered Orochimaru could still influence his soul, and began secretly extracting Danzo’s chakra through shadow clones.
• Qian awakened Wood Release, advanced his Spirit Transformation Technique, and perfected the Lock Heart Soul Contract Instant Body Seal, which he placed on Danzo’s soul.
• Qian continued extracting Danzo’s chakra cautiously and planned to study Ice Release after completing Lava Release.
• Qian traveled to Kirigakure and Iwagakure, updated the seals on his hidden agents, and left shadow clones to manage both villages.
• Qian infiltrated Kumogakure, placed hidden conditions on several Anbu, and left a shadow clone in an abandoned laboratory before returning to Konoha.

Qian trained in isolation, captured Snow Wind to study Ice Release, and later developed the Kekkei Genkai himself. As he began mastering its power on Moon Island, Chikamura Dahui and Koike Raiko attacked him.

• Qian strengthened his body and Sharingan at the seabed, mastered Lava Release, and captured Snow Wind to study Ice Release.
• Qian used Snow Wind’s demonstrations to guide his shadow clones’ training, but Snow Wind eventually resisted, so Qian killed him and returned to solitary cultivation.
• Qian found a remote island near Moon Bay, established a hidden base, and used the pressure along an extinct volcano’s crater to intensify his body training.
• Qian returned briefly to Konoha, advanced his Chakra Refining Technique, and secretly observed Hyuga youths practicing Byakugan training.
• Qian fused Wind Style and Water Release to create Ice Release, completed its breakthrough, and contained the resulting icy power across Moon Island.
• Chikamura Dahui and Koike Raiko followed the strange chakra waves to Moon Island, identified Qian’s power as Ice Release, and attacked him together.

Qian destroyed Oyashiro En’s rogue-ninja organization, then focused on advancing his Byakugan, developing Wood and Storm Release, and strengthening his body. After breaking through his physical limit, he raised his constitution and continued training while monitoring the other villages and Konoha’s rising security.

• Qian used a Shadow Clone to infiltrate the rogue-ninja base in the Mist Sea, where he and his clones killed most of its members before confronting Oyashiro En.
• Qian defeated Oyashiro En, read his memories, and discovered that he had founded the organization for profit and future revenge while hiding his role from its members.
• Qian returned to Moon Island and trained in Wood Clone, Storm Release, and the Uchiha Flame Formation, while his Byakugan advanced to its next stage.
• Qian traveled through Kirigakure, Kumogakure, and Iwagakure, leaving Wood Clones to gather intelligence in Kirigakure and Kumogakure and deciding not to act further in Iwagakure.
• Qian returned to Konoha and learned that increased security followed the death of an Anbu ninja protecting Kushina Uzumaki and repeated crossings of the village’s Perception Barrier.
• Qian discovered Pinnacle of Body and used it to stimulate his bloodline and strengthen his body, replacing much of his Byakugan nurturing with practice of the technique.
• Qian reached his physical growth limit and used Human Authority and Yang Release Chakra to break his body’s shackles, raising his Physical Constitution from 26 to 27.
• Qian assigned Shadow Clones to train, descended to a depth of 1,100 meters beneath Moon Island, and resumed strengthening his body against the volcanic rock wall.

Qian strengthened his body and advanced his Kekkei Genkai while researching Dust Release in Iwagakure, then escaped Ōnoki’s pursuit and let suspicion fall on Obito Uchiha. He moved his training deeper beneath the sea and ended by testing an optimized Pinnacle of Body in the First Cavity.

• Qian perfected Pinnacle of Body, used it to increase his Byakugan’s Evolution Progress, and returned from Moon Island to investigate Konoha and Obito Uchiha.
• Qian met Obito Uchiha, who ordered him to watch Kushina Uzumaki, then returned to Moon Island and entered an extinct volcano to train under harsher conditions.
• Qian awakened Storm Release, began researching Dust Release with Shadow Clones, and traveled to Iwagakure to steal Mu’s experimental notes.
• Ōnoki caught Qian in the archive, but Qian escaped the village with Wood Release and evaded the Rock Ninja by fleeing underground and teleporting away.
• Qian found a tracking seal in Mu’s notes, erased it, and allowed Iwagakure’s investigation to point toward Obito Uchiha.
• Qian’s Wood Clone Technique advanced, and he learned that Iwagakure had identified Obito Uchiha as its intruder while still holding the Five-Tails.
• Qian adapted to the First Cavity, descended to the Second Cavity, and continued training as his Wood Release advanced and his next Body Transformation moved closer.
• Obito Uchiha confronted Qian about Iwagakure and his Wood Release, but Qian denied involvement before testing his optimized Pinnacle of Body in the First Cavity.
