"Care to explain how you ended up here?" Miranda crossed her arms and looked at Sivan with amusement.

"Uh... well, about that, I can explain!" A hundred different excuses flashed through Sivan's mind, only for him to reject every one of them. In the end, he decided to tell the truth.

"I actually came to borrow your notes." Sivan spread his hands.

"Hmm?" Miranda looked at him with a half-smile.

"All right, and I was a little curious about Ravenclaw's common room." Sivan held up his thumb and forefinger, leaving only a tiny gap between them. "Who would've thought your door knocker was so creative? It actually asked riddles, and I accidentally got in..."

"So, should I praise you for being clever?" Miranda asked with a smile.

"No need..." Sivan said guiltily.

"Come on." Miranda smiled, then turned and gestured for Sivan to follow. "Weren't you interested in this place? I'll show you around."

Sivan followed Miranda up the stairs along one side of the Ravenclaw common room. At the end of the stairs was an archway, and from time to time, several Ravenclaw girls in pajamas passed through it.

"Is that... the girls' dormitory?" Sivan asked Miranda in surprise. "Is this really appropriate?"

"I'm not letting you go inside!" Miranda rolled her eyes.

As they neared the archway, she glanced back at Sivan. "Herbology notes?"

Sivan gave an awkward smile and said without much confidence, "It'd be best if I could borrow your Charms notes too. I've run into a little problem lately."

Miranda asked in surprise, "What problem?"

Sivan honestly described the trouble he had encountered while casting spells in the dungeon. "If dust, mud, and things like that have solidified together with the ground, what spell works best for cleaning them up? I tried the Cleaning Charm and Tergeo, but neither worked very well."

"I wonder where you ran into a problem like that," Miranda muttered, but she still gave him an answer.

"First of all, a 'noble' like you who grew up with a silver spoon in his mouth might not have heard of a household essential like the Washing-up Spell. In this situation, it's definitely stronger than the Cleaning Charm."

Sivan rubbed his nose, wondering what prejudice Miranda had against the nobility for her to take a jab at them even now.

"Of course, if the mud and ash are stuck too firmly to the floor and the Washing-up Spell doesn't work well either, I suggest using a properly controlled Severing Charm to cut away the grime from the floor, then cleaning it up with the Washing-up Spell and the Cleaning Charm."

"If you fail to control the Severing Charm and damage the floor, you can use the Mending Charm on it to restore it. Usually, doing that won't restore the mud that was stuck to it." Miranda explained in great detail.

Sivan asked, "What if that still doesn't work?"

"If that still doesn't work, I suggest replacing the floor." Miranda rolled her eyes.

Sivan smiled in understanding and said cheerfully, "Thank you. You've been a huge help!"

Miranda shook her head and handed over the thick leather-bound book in her hands. "These are my Charms notes. You can borrow them, but don't read the spells taught only to upper-year students yet. As for first-year Herbology notes, I'll have to look carefully. Whether I find them depends on your luck."

"Notes? Isn't this a book?" Sivan took the thick volume in surprise and opened it.

The book was filled with elegant, neat handwriting. Spell after spell was arranged within it, and besides the spell names and incantations, it included wand movements, everyday applications, practical combat analysis, and more. It was clear and comprehensive in every way.

"This could already be used as our textbook!" Sivan looked at Miranda's calm face in amazement and praised her. "Miranda, seriously, you should publish a book! Our Charms textbook, Detailed Guide to Common Charms, has no proper structure and is full of mistakes. It's nowhere near as useful as your notes."

"My family can invest in printing this book. Once it's published, it could absolutely become Hogwarts' new Charms textbook!" Sivan enthusiastically pitched the idea to Miranda. "I say we call it the Book of Spells!"

Miranda's mouth twitched as she looked at the excited Sivan.

"I still have three years before graduation. It's far too early to talk about something like that!" She shook her head, turned, and walked into the girls' dormitory. "Wait here. I'll find your Herbology notes."

Sivan nodded and stood leisurely outside the Ravenclaw girls' dormitory, engrossed in the "Charms notes."

As time passed, the sun gradually rose higher, and more and more people appeared in the Ravenclaw common room. Everyone examined the unfamiliar young wizard standing outside the girls' dormitory with puzzled looks.

As more and more people began paying attention to him, Sivan could no longer maintain his calm expression. He felt like a husky that had wandered into a pack of wolves—barely holding on, but panicking like crazy...

Just then, a freckle-faced little girl emerged from the girls' dormitory. She stared at Sivan in surprise and called out loudly, "You're Sivan Rosier? Aren't you from Slytherin?"

The air suddenly fell silent.

Sivan felt the entire common room's attention focus on him.

He stiffly raised his head and looked at the freckled little girl he had met in the train compartment, the one who had later stepped on his foot during the Sorting Ceremony. Tugging at the corner of his mouth, he said, "Good morning, Miss Mannis."

"Morning!" Mannis greeted Sivan brightly. "I thought people like you wouldn't say good morning to Muggle-born wizards like me."

"Mannis, don't put yourself down. You should know that you belong to wise Ravenclaw." An older male wizard walked up the stairs and spoke to Mannis.

Mannis blushed and said softly, "I always thought I'd be sorted into Hufflepuff."

The older wizard did not hear her. He curiously asked Sivan, "Little Slytherin wizard, what are you doing here?"

"I came to borrow notes from Goshawk," Sivan said solemnly, even showing him the leather-bound book in his hands.

"She brought you in?" The older wizard frowned.

Sivan shook his head. "No. I just accidentally answered a question, and the door opened..."

That immediately roused Ravenclaw's little eagles. They all came over curiously to see what Sivan looked like. After all, students from other Houses entering the Ravenclaw common room by answering the eagle-shaped door knocker's question were simply too rare.

Sivan was soon surrounded by a crowd of Ravenclaw wizards examining him. They pressed in so tightly that he had no choice but to stuff the book into his pocket-watch space to keep it from being damaged.

While everyone curiously scrutinized him, Sivan glanced at the culprit, freckle-faced Panny Mannis. Then, he suddenly noticed a silver-haired girl standing beside Mannis. She was cold and beautiful, and she was watching him with strange pale eyes that seemed filled with thick white mist.

The moment he saw those eerie eyes, Sivan shuddered.

Then the owner of those strange eyes suddenly spoke in a drifting voice:

"I can't see you—"
