When Su Fang attempts to kill Jin Yu, Jin Bahai's guardian avatar emerges from Jin Yu's shattered jade pendant. The avatar blocks Su Fang's attack and attempts to execute him without hearing his explanation. 137 138

Su Fang survives by expending the Mystic Shield Pearl and a Thirteenth-Tier Blade-Guardian Talisman. The weakened avatar threatens him to seek the Gold Lineage's forgiveness, but Su Fang instead disperses it with the Nine Tribulations Thunder Fist. 138 139

Loss of the Golden Ao Sword

After the avatar disappears, Su Fang kills Jin Yu and takes the Golden Ao Sword. He erases the weapon's natal sword spirit to prevent Jin Bahai from recalling it, which injures Jin Bahai at a distance. 139

Confrontation at the Mystic Yellow Holy Land
