"What's with that expression? You're actually proud of it? Where's your dignity as a member of the Star Luo Imperial Family?"
Xue Li pointed at Dai Liya and demanded an answer.
Yet Dai Liya still looked at him casually, not caring about a word he said.
It left Xue Li feeling as though he had punched a wad of cotton.
Dai Liya said, "Are you done? If not, I'm leaving anyway."
"Hey, hey! What's that supposed to mean? Are you letting everything I say blow past your ears? Hey, Dai Liya, stop right there!"
Seeing Dai Liya walk back, Xue Li shouted at his retreating back.
But Dai Liya simply ignored Xue Li and returned to his team.
"Stop shouting. He's on my team, and you're disturbing my other teammates' rest," Qin Qingxian said from the front.
She didn't care whether he was some prince of the Heaven Dou Empire. If he dared to try anything, she wouldn't hold back because of his status.
"You... you... you..."
Xue Li pointed at Qin Qingxian, stammering for ages without managing to say anything else.
The others behind him held him back. "Your Highness, we can't start a fight here."
"Hmph..."
Xue Li snorted inwardly and made up his mind. Once the tournament began, he would defeat Dai Liya and make him understand the consequences of ignoring him.
Those consequences would, of course, be getting beaten into the ground and begging him for mercy.
At that thought, Xue Li couldn't help laughing to himself.
"Is that guy an idiot? He keeps grinning like a fool. Dai Liya, see that? Don't hang around people like him in the future."
"Got it, boss."
Hearing their exchange from afar, Xue Li's face alternated between livid and flushed again.
This was infuriating. What was that woman's problem?
