Background / History

Before arriving on the Douluo Continent, Qin Feng was repeatedly sent through reincarnation missions by a mysterious system. His missions included surviving encounters with dragons and hundred-thousand-year soul beasts while mortal, as well as seeking a method for soul masters to acquire Soul Rings without killing soul beasts. Once the missions ended, the system fell silent, and Qin Feng intended to rest. 1

He arrived in Spirit City and checked into the Rose Hotel under a low profile. Xie Yue sensed a familiar presence from him but dismissed it, while Hu Liena and Yan did not recognize him at the time. 1

In the parallel world displayed by the Sky Screen, Qin Feng married Hu Liena and became the father of Qin Li. He was regarded as an invincible figure whose resources, instruction, and long-term preparations shaped Qin Li's path from martial-soul awakening to godhood. 3 4 20

The Sky Screen later merged Qin Li's timeline into the current world and granted Qin Feng the memories of his parallel-world counterpart. Qin Li's future birth to Qin Feng and Hu Liena was declared predetermined. 27 Xie Yue subsequently located Qin Feng at the Rose Hotel, enabling his reunion with Hu Liena. 28

Subsequent Sky Screen features revealed two more parallel-world daughters: Qin Yun with Zhu Zhuyun, who founded the Fengyun Empire, and Qin Qingxian with Zhu Zhuqing, who became Lord of Reincarnation. Personality

Qin Feng is relaxed and irreverent after the end of his reincarnation missions, often treating extraordinary events and powerful figures with casual confidence. He teases both Hu Liena and Qin Li, including using Hu Liena's slower progress with the Nine Swords of Dugu to praise their daughter's talent. 1 7

Despite this playful demeanor, he is highly protective and deliberate in matters concerning Qin Li. He personally plans her cultivation, prepares resources in advance, arranges covert protection for her travels, and considers hostile gods suitable practice opponents rather than serious threats. 6 9 21

His guidance of Qin Yun is similarly protective but can be severe. He teaches her to deal decisively with enemies, supports her ambition to reform and unify the continent, and advises her to acquire the strength needed to pursue that goal herself. 38 39 43 51 60

Although he still wishes for a quiet life, Qin Feng recognizes that providing for his loved ones and future children brings continuing responsibilities. He is attentive to Hu Liena's feelings, accepting the soup she makes for him and reassuring her when she worries about his relationship with Zhu Zhuyun. 59
