Deep within the endless void, a silvery-white spatial passage cut across layer upon layer of planes.
Spatial fragments raced backward on either side of the passage as Han Feng and Xiao Yan sped through it, moving so fast that only two afterimages remained in the void.
The distinctive fluctuations of the lower plane ahead grew clearer—the planar laws of the Dou Qi Continent. Without warning, the light at the end of the passage flared, and the familiar scent of earth and vegetation washed over them.
"We're here." Han Feng stopped, spiritual energy circulating around him as he stepped straight out of the passage. Xiao Yan followed close behind.
The view suddenly opened up. Beneath an azure sky stretched an endless range of lush green mountains, with the outlines of the Central Plains' bustling cities faintly visible in the distance.
Xiao Yan raised his brows slightly as he felt the surrounding natural energy. After spending so long in the Great Thousand World, he had grown accustomed to its dense spiritual energy. Returning abruptly to this lower plane left him feeling that the energy here was rather thin.
"The natural energy of the Dou Qi Continent really falls far short of the Great Thousand World's," Xiao Yan said.
"The difference in their planar levels is what it is." Han Feng glanced around. "Find our bearings, and let's head over."
Xiao Yan nodded. With a thought, his vast soul power swept across the entire Central Plains. He was now a Saint Grade Heavenly Supreme; if he unleashed his soul power without restraint, it would be enough to collapse the space of the entire Dou Qi Continent. Deliberately suppressing his strength, he pinpointed the Falling Star Pavilion in just a few breaths.
"Let's go." Tiny ripples spread through the space around them. Light flashed,
