The arrival of Green and his companions in the Twin-Moon World had an enormous impact. When twelve Fourth-Level Lifeforms entered, the world itself was the first to react.
An invisible suppressive force surged toward them.
Green touched his chest. An unseen pressure settled over him, leaving him slightly short of breath. His power, which had nearly surpassed that of a Fourth-Level Lifeform, was forced down to the peak of the Fourth Level.
Green glanced at the Wizards beside him. Unlike him, they had suffered no such obvious weakening.
"Is it using more World Force to suppress me? To keep me from crushing the other Fourth-Level Lifeforms outright?"
From what he saw, Green made a rough judgment.
Green paid the world's suppression no further heed. He looked down at the burning battlefield, where Black Wizards and White Wizards swarmed like ants, devouring the Twin-Moon World's outer forces.
Their arrival had fundamentally changed the course of the battle.
Wizards everywhere cheered when they saw them. The Twin-Moon World's forces, meanwhile, collapsed even faster. Despair showed plainly on every face among them, and the Wizards who wielded Despair Force grew stronger once more.
Though they had entered the Twin-Moon World, Green and his companions made no move. They simply watched what lay ahead.
Ripples like waves on water gradually appeared in the air, and the gods of the Twin-Moon World emerged before them.
But now despair marked every god's face, and their auras had grown feeble.
Boom!
The sound of air tearing apart rang out. The Fourth-Level Lifeforms vanished from where they stood, leaving several great holes in the clouds formed by Despair Force.
Without warning, both sides began to fight. To avoid inflicting too much harm on the weaker lives below, they rose into the sky in unspoken accord.
