As the banquet began, the ordinary Wizards helped themselves to food. Meanwhile, the leaders of the major powers and the Wizards who had reached Peak Third Level slowly gathered around Green.

"I know what you all want to ask, but this knowledge isn't free. I'll need something in exchange!"

Green looked at the eager Wizards around him and spoke with a smile.

The Wizards exchanged glances. Their major powers had plenty of records about advancing to the Fourth Level, but no one had put that knowledge into practice for a very long time. Those records could not compare with an explanation from someone who had done it himself. Besides, times had changed, and so had the activity of the World Will. The process might well be different now.

"There's no need to offer payment yet. I'll share some of what I've learned with everyone. If you find it helpful, you can decide for yourselves whether to pay for what comes next!"

With that, Green casually raised a barrier to shut out prying eyes, then began explaining things to everyone as though he were teaching a class.

Thanks to the Chip, Green understood the process of a Third-Level Wizard advancing to the Fourth Level in exceptional detail. The knowledge he shared made the eyes of every Peak Third-Level Wizard light up.

The Wizards from the major powers were especially struck by his techniques for using Soul Power. Comparing his practical methods with their own inherited knowledge, they could clearly see that Green's techniques were more refined.

What followed went without saying. By explaining how to advance to the Fourth Level, Green once again obtained a wealth of ancient knowledge hidden by the various Schools.

Even as the Wizards left, reluctance lingered in their eyes.
