Green spoke in a detached tone, but he couldn't hide his faint surprise.
"The power of Rules is simply too terrifying, especially when they're complete—with 100% Rule progress. That's equivalent to the complete Rules of a High-Grade World. It's already on a par with the Wizarding World!"
Thinking of the three question marks of damage the Chip had displayed after he fully unleashed the power of Rules, Green's eyes burned ever brighter.
"I have to head to the World Remnant as soon as possible. I can't put it off any longer. I'll start the invasion tomorrow and hurry up and advance to Fifth Level."
