The appearance of the Arcanists stirred towering waves in the once tranquil Divine World.
The first to be affected by the Arcanist profession were naturally the Mages.
Although the Mages of the Divine World had been gelded by the Deities and had no extra time to conduct in-depth research, their thirst for knowledge remained intact. Any talented Mage could see at a glance how superior the Arcanist profession was.
Although Mages could borrow the power of the Magic Web to safely construct spell models without suffering any backlash, the flaw that made them forget each spell model after casting had long become unbearable to talented Mages.
