With everyone watching, Green slowly rose to his feet. Clad in a white robe, and with the Chip controlling his power, he was so imperceptible that the living beings present could barely sense his existence. Yet that only made them all the more shaken.
What terrifying control over energy! Nearly everyone present knew that Green's energy level was extraordinarily high. The thought that he possessed such extreme control even with an energy level that high filled them with dread.
"Welcome to this Wizard Alliance Conference. Due to an emergency, the Alliance Council has had to convene ahead of schedule! I believe some of you already know why this meeting was called, but before we proceed, we must verify everyone's identity!"
Green spoke slowly through the Soul Voice, then raised his right hand and lightly tapped the space before him with one finger.
Two surging torrents of Origin Force burst forth—the forces of the Wizards and the Bloodline Fusion Realm—and swept across every living being present!
Nothing seemed amiss. The result surprised Green somewhat.
Just as Green was considering whether he should personally oversee the scan, an invisible message reached him!
The World Will of the Wizarding World had already scanned the entire world through the Magic Web, expending some of its World Force to weed out the Wizards who were out of place!
Green looked toward the source of the message. It was the Winter Guardian in the World Guardian region!
"So that's what happened!" Once he understood, Green set the matter aside.
Looking at the Wizards present, Green unleashed a circular ripple centered on himself. It carried complete information into the minds of every Wizard in the hall.
The information, of course, concerned the Player Civilization!
"Everyone, this is why we've convened on such short notice. A Player Civilization
