Just as Green was preparing to siphon a little more energy from the Blue Void Passage for his research, he heard the Chip's notification chime by his ear!
He glanced in surprise at the Void Will beside him. It was the only possible source of the message.
Meeting Green's astonished gaze, the Void Will spoke calmly.
"I've gathered the wisdom of the entire Void Will. Doing a little research shouldn't be a problem!"
Hearing this, Green nodded and turned his attention to the information the Void Will had provided.

In other words, the civilization in that void might have developed a way to send its void rapidly into its final stages.
Such a method wouldn't be useful against the Endless Void. The structure of spacetime was different, so even if the other side used it, it would have no effect.
But this method could cause immense trouble for Green and the Void Will as they tried to conquer the Endless Void on the other side.
The other civilization might very well accelerate the evolution of its void in a do-or-die move, leaving Green and the Void Will with nothing.
