Ordinary Ninth-Level Lifeforms, after ascending, traveled through various Voids in order to grow stronger.
If a Ninth-Level Lifeform traveled through enough Voids without having its power wiped away, a strange force would gradually take shape within it.
This strange force was the embryonic form of the Omniscience of Sight.
As this nascent force developed, once the Ninth-Level Lifeform's power had fully reached the Void Omnipotent Level, it would completely acquire the Omniscience of Sight and complete its ascension.
Then, as the Ninth-Level Lifeform continued traveling through Voids and accumulating power, this Omniscience of Sight would keep developing until it reached the limits of the Knowable Domain and advanced into Omniscience.
Only at that point, in theory,
