"Warning! Warning! The Blood-Red Calamity World has stopped moving!"
Aboard the Monitoring Ship from the Northern Void River Civilization Alliance, which had been watching the world Green was in, red lights flashed and shrill, urgent alarms rang throughout the ship.
The captain of No. 3314 stared at the Blood-Red Calamity World, which had suddenly stopped moving. His face was grim, as if facing a great enemy.
He rushed straight to the console and pressed a red button.
Whenever a powerful world suddenly behaved abnormally, whatever the circumstances, it warranted attention.
The headquarters of the Northern Void River Civilization Alliance!
A huge meeting room housed a long, old-fashioned wooden table, its surface marked with all kinds of cracks. The cracks were especially dense in front of the seats.
It was obvious that many heated disputes had taken place during their discussions. The table had suffered considerable damage from people pounding on it.
Space in the meeting room twisted and shifted as a host of powerful figures from various Top-Tier Civilizations appeared in quick succession.
Once everyone had arrived, a middle-aged man in a robe and an enormous Mage's hat embroidered with a Golden Clock stood up, his expression calm.
As a representative of one of the more powerful civilizations in the Civilization Alliance, the Blood-Red Calamity World put him under considerable pressure, but not enough to make him lose his composure.
"According to the report sent back by the Monitoring Ship, the Blood-Red Calamity World, which has been active for over a hundred Eras, has recently ground to a halt. It has even been capturing other worlds less and less often!"
"Our Time Mage Civilization activated the World Scanning Device, but detected no Spacetime fluctuations. Even the Monster in the Blood-Red Calamity World has been producing fewer Will Projections!"
