Necromantic Communication Spell

The Necromantic Communication Spell and the Skeleton Summoning Spell Fried had used earlier belonged to two different systems of necromantic magic.

The skeletons Fried summoned were combat-type spells that enhanced necromantic abilities.

The Necromantic Communication Spell had no combat use; it was a spell for gathering intelligence.

Of course, the Tower of Dawn had imposed quite a few rules and restrictions on this spell.

However, those rules were not particularly strict in practice, and there was an exception outside those rules.

That was, when a Wizard's life was threatened, they could use it while disregarding the restrictions.

The members of these decapitator squads had abused low-quality potions, which could potentially result in quite a few Mutated Creatures.

Using the Necromantic Communication Spell under such circumstances clearly counted as an exception.
