Banville felt as though a fishbone were stuck in his throat, a surge of displeasure swelling within him.
It was not hatred toward Leo.

Hatred flashed through Banville's eyes again.

Banville opened his mouth, and tears suddenly streamed from his eyes.
Watching from the side, Leo was technically the victim this time, yet seeing Banville in such a miserable state,
his wariness toward Formal Wizards could not help but deepen.
Banville himself certainly bore some responsibility for his current state, but those Formal Wizards' spells bore far more.
