Pella said, "But the lab has no work for you today. All our labs are giving those returning from the Great Summons an extra three days to rest. The special envoys specifically instructed us to do so. Since I don't have your contact details, Fia was supposed to notify you. But it seems she's still resting and didn't manage to tell you in time."
"It's all right. I wanted to stop by the lab anyway."
Leo said, "Wizard Pella, may I go and check on the Flying Pumpkins in my plot in Group One?"
"Of course."
Leo said goodbye to Pella and headed to his plot.
At a glance, everything in the grid of nine patches was still thriving in harmony.
But Leo could see the risks lurking beneath the surface.
If he let the plot remain in its current state, its environment would begin deteriorating in two weeks. In a severe case, even the foundations of the plot could be damaged.
Still, Leo had anticipated all of this.
The arrangements he had made before the Great Summons had only been intended as a stopgap.
Leo entered the plot, made a few adjustments, and left the Pella Research Lab.
He had already worked out the schedule for this plot before the Great Summons. From now on, it would only require a little of his time.
When Leo returned, the Lizardman servant at the door said respectfully, "Wizard Leo, the communicator in your room has been ringing constantly since you left. Would you like me to record each caller's number and details for you?"
Leo said, "Yes. In the future, just do that whenever this happens."
The Lizardman servant responded respectfully.
"Certainly, Lord Wizard Leo."
Soon, the Lizardman servant had compiled the list.
