"Rumors have been circulating in the Tower of Dawn lately that Formal Wizard Bess plans to arrange for a First-Rank Wizard Apprentice named Beckum to attempt advancement to Formal Wizard."
Leo raised an eyebrow. "All right. Thank you for the warning."
After leaving Huangtu's room, Leo stopped at the doorway, looking thoughtful. "It seems Wizard Bess has decided to make his move against me after all."
Just then, Leo's communicator rang.
"Leo, there's something important you need to know. Formal Wizard Bess intends to let Wizard Beckum use the last chance to advance to Formal Wizard."
