Second Group, Andre's Thoughts

"Alright." Andre put away the resumes, smiling as he said, "Leo, Hughes, Lexus, the three of you—welcome to Andre Research Lab."

As though he wanted to draw the three men's attention, Andre clapped his hands sharply and said, "Now that everyone is here, let me explain the work you three newcomers will be responsible for in the lab."

Leo moved to stand alongside Hughes and Lexus.

Andre looked at the three of them and said,

"Our Andre Research Lab's project is an improved formula for Mana Growth Potion. Things are progressing smoothly now, and we have basically settled on the materials needed for the potion formula. All that remains is to continuously optimize the process and steps of brewing the potion, striving to reduce its side effects and create a perfected potion."

"As for that, our lab is currently divided into three groups to carry out this work. You three will each be assigned to one of them as assistants."

"Hughes, you'll go to the third group. Leo, you'll go to the second group. Lexus, you'll join the first group under my supervision."

Hearing this arrangement, Leo fell into thought.

There was only one Second-Rank Wizard Apprentice in Andre Research Lab—Andre himself.

Among the three groups, the first group Andre belonged to was undoubtedly the best. It was the easiest place to achieve results and learn the most.

Andre had assigned Lexus to his own group instead of choosing Leo, likely because of ability. Andre clearly thought more highly of Lexus, who possessed a Level 5 Mental Power Talent.

Because Leo's resume had not yet been updated, he was still listed as having a Level 3 Mental Power Talent for the time being.

Even though Leo had experience brewing a high-quality Withered Wood Potion, his resume still could not compare
