The enhancements from his lavish array of magical artifacts alone had raised his domain's power to more than ten times what it had once been!

In one stroke, he had frozen fifteen Second-Ring Wizards: nine at Late Second Circle and six at Mid-Second Circle. And Dago felt that was not the limit of his Ice-Cold Domain.
