Dago gladly accepted the "gift" and asked Chuck before him.

Chuck knelt before Dago and kissed the deck beneath his feet. "The fact that you are willing to grant someone like me a measure of respect is already the greatest blessing."

Dago's eyes flickered. After some thought, he took out a portion of Magic Stones from his Spatial Ring, along with some worldly treasures he had never gotten around to clearing out, and placed them before Chuck.

"Take them, Chuck. You deserve this."

Dago spoke calmly.

Unable to refuse Dago's reward, Chuck hesitated for a moment, but only selected a beautiful gemstone necklace from the items Dago had given him. He pushed everything else back.

"This is enough, my lord."

Chuck carefully tucked the gemstone necklace into his clothes and said softly, "If I get the chance to return, I'll give it to Maggie. She'll be very happy."

Dago did not need to ask to guess that the "Maggie"
