Sorry, I Have a Fever Today, Taking the Day Off

I've been struggling with this for a long time, and I feel inexplicably unwilling to accept it. I only took two days off, and I don't know what's wrong with me lately, one problem after another keeps popping up.

Today I not only have a fever but also feel weak all over; I have to use both hands to hold my phone steady.
