Peter, Where Are You Going? (First Update)

Science and magic were the same in essence; they merely manifested in different forms.

Since Jerry had started out with magic, he spent most of his time researching magic. He had also dabbled in science, but only rarely, and because of his previous research into wizard enhancement serums, his main exposure had been to biology-related fields of knowledge.

Today, he watched Otto use a machine and less than a drop of tritium to create a miniature sun. Though it was still far from a real sun, it did bear seven or eight parts resemblance to one.

This gave Jerry a new idea.

To create a planet fully suited for life to survive and reproduce on, a sun was undoubtedly an indispensable part. Yet creating a sun was no easy task for either him or Tiamut.

It mainly took far too much time. Creating a sun was much more difficult than creating a planet.

The sun he had created before had only saved so much time because it already had the Eternal Flame as a foundation.

But if he did not use magic and instead used science—such as perfecting this sun-creating technology before him—couldn't he greatly reduce the time needed to create a sun?

As long as Otto could perfect the current technology, Jerry could use the Engorgement Charm to enlarge the experimental machine countless times, turning it into a colossal sun-making machine capable of creating a real sun.

As for the supposedly rare tritium, that was not a problem either. He could convert magical power and supply it infinitely with magic.

That way, once the machine was switched on, a new sun could take shape in just a few hours. With a sun in place, Tiamut only needed to bring Clow Reed and the others to create planets and life.
