"Kind of craving ice cream. Do you guys want some?"
In the enormous laboratory, Jerry looked at the staff busily making adjustments and asked Peter and Harry beside him.
"Jerry, you mean... now?"
A look of surprise appeared on Peter's face. Eating ice cream in a situation like this did not seem very appropriate.
Harry was also taken aback, but he quickly instructed a staff member beside him:
"Go buy two ice creams."
"Oh, no need to go through all that trouble. I brought some myself."
With a flip of his hand, Jerry produced a colorful ice cream cone. Then, with a gentle shake of his hand, the single ice cream instantly became three.
Pulling out one for himself, Jerry handed the other two to Peter and Harry.
Having watched Jerry conjure ice cream out of thin air, Peter and Harry accepted the cones subconsciously, then kept looking Jerry up and down, seemingly trying to find where he had hidden three ice creams.
"Occupational habit. It's really just an ordinary little magic trick. I bought the ice cream at the entrance just now."
Jerry smiled and began eating his ice cream.
Harry and Peter exchanged glances. They had seen magicians make toothpaste appear plenty of times, but this was their first time seeing someone produce ice cream. More importantly, they did not remember there being any place selling ice cream near the entrance.
In the end, they could only marvel at how amazing a magician's sleight of hand was, and conclude that Jerry had to be a very skilled magician.
