"Jerry, what do you think?"

In the common room, Charles and Erik, unable to reach an agreement, both turned to Jerry.

Jerry pointed at Raven and the other five.

"I think we should be asking them what they want."

"We're willing to take part in this mission!"

Raven and the others looked at one another, then gave their answer in unison.

They were all in their twenties and had spent their lives in hiding. They wanted an opportunity to prove themselves—to prove that they had value.

"I hope you won't regret it."

In the end, Charles respected everyone's choice.

"Get yourselves ready. We leave in half an hour for the Soviet Union to capture Shaw!"
