Black Zetsu resurrected Kaguya Ōtsutsuki through Isshiki Ōtsutsuki’s body, and she fought Tianyi and Uchiha Madara after mistaking them for threats. The battle ended when Black Zetsu revealed they had captured Isshiki alive, leaving Kaguya back in the Ninja World as Black Zetsu prepared to explain what had happened.

• Black Zetsu covered Isshiki Ōtsutsuki with his body as chakra from across the Ninja World flowed into him and Kaguya Ōtsutsuki was resurrected.
• Kaguya recognized Hagoromo and Hamura’s powers in Uchiha Madara and Tianyi, then used Amenominaka to transport them to a lava dimension.
• Kaguya attacked Tianyi with Eighty Gods Vacuum Attack, but Tianyi severed her arm, punched her, and marked her face while Uchiha Madara struck her with Super Shinra Tensei.

Tianyi and Orochimaru used forbidden jutsu to place Aoi’s soul in a cloned body, but she showed no sign of awakening. The chapter ended with Tianyi fearing the resurrection had failed.
