Full-Scale War!
Ghost Island.
Kaido's pirate crew's base.
Kaido sat in the main seat of the hall, looking down at King with a gloomy expression.
Jin was kneeling on one knee on the ground, his head almost touching the ground.
Just now, the message that Kanjuro secretly sent out successfully reached Onigashima.
The message was simple, just a few words.
The "Akuta" that had been attacking the Beasts Pirates recently was actually someone secretly sent by Oden.
Oden only outwardly submitted to Kaido, but secretly he kept sending people to attack Kaido.
The purpose was to weaken Kaido's forces, and fortunately, Kaido was wiped out in one fell swoop without much effort in the end!
A few simple words were enough to set the Beasts Pirates on a frenzy.
Those pointy-headed pirates had never suffered such humiliation.
How dare one of his spendthrift subordinates scheme against him like this? He clearly doesn't take them seriously at all!
This is no ordinary Oden; we must strike hard!
In the hall, Kaido glared angrily at King.
"Jin! Is there something you forgot to tell me?"
King certainly knew what Kaido was referring to.
There's no point in hiding it anymore now that things have come to this.
"Big Brother Kaido, it is my fault for failing in my duty."
"Neglect?" Kaido scoffed. "Neglect so much that our transport fleet was burned down and our factory was blown up, and I only find out from other people?!"
Jin tried to defend himself.
"My subordinate originally judged that person to be nothing more than an arrogant and ignorant nobody, someone who could be dealt with quickly, so..."
"A nobody?" Kaido interrupted King angrily. "A nobody caused us such a huge loss! A nobody could outmaneuver you?"
Jin's throat tightened, and he couldn't utter a single word of explanation.
Jack, who was in the corner, couldn't bear it and stepped forward to quietly cheer for Jhin.
"Big Brother Kaido, Big Brother Jin didn't do it on purpose. Aren't you being a little too harsh on him by saying that?"
"I'll hurt your mother's head!"
Upon hearing this, Kaido flew into a rage and swung his spiked club at Jack.
Fortunately, Hanaza reacted quickly and pulled Jack aside, preventing Jack from being blown off his head by Kaido's club.
Kaido pointed to himself.
"The Beasts Pirates are carried on my shoulders, not yours!"
Whether or not someone is hurt is none of your business!
Seeing Kaido getting angrier, Hanaza felt it was necessary to step forward and say a few words.
"Governor, it's not entirely Jin's fault, it's all Oden's doing!"
King simply assumed that some foreign pirates had sneaked into Wano Country to cause trouble for us.
Who would have thought that Oden was behind all of this!
Even Jin was tricked by Oden!
Hanaza's words calmed Kaido's anger somewhat.
In a fit of rage, he kicked his own chair, smashing it to pieces.
"That bastard Oden, we all made a promise with him that we would leave in five years."
He outwardly agreed, but secretly launched a surprise attack on us!
Kaido, enraged, completely forgot that he had no intention of keeping his promise in the first place.
A frenzied fighting spirit ignited in his eyes, and he pointed sharply into the air.
"Since Oden wants to fight, then let's fight!"
The next moment, Kaido shouted at the Beasts Pirates' officers below:
"Pass down the order: assemble all troops and march towards the Flower Capital!"
"There is only one target! Kozuki Oden!"
"Oh my gosh!"
The pirates in the hall suddenly erupted in a roar as loud as a tsunami.
Everyone was watching Kaido celebrate.
They raised their hands and shouted.
"Fight! Fight!"
The City of Flowers, the Great Serpent City.
Oden, wearing wooden clogs, danced naked on the main street of Orochi Castle as usual.
The crowd of onlookers was no longer as excited or angry as they had been at the beginning.
People just stood at a distance, watching Oden with complicated expressions.
Suddenly the ground began to tremble.
Oden stopped dancing and looked into the distance, where a huge pirate flag slowly emerged from the dust at the end of the street.
The flag bears none other than the symbol of Kaido's pirate crew!
The next moment, countless figures emerged from the smoke and dust, like a black tide pushing towards the main street.
"Kaido's Pirates!"
"They're Kaido's men!"
The crowd on the street erupted instantly, screaming and scattering in all directions.
Oden stood there, his brows furrowed tightly.
In the distance, the pirates at the front had already stormed into the shops along the street, attacking people and smashing things in their path.
"Stop!"
Oden roared, the sound waves exploding across the street, startling the nearest pirates who were momentarily stunned.
But before he could take a step, a huge figure slowly emerged from the pirate crew.
It's Kaido!
He carried the spiked club on his shoulder, his body radiating a domineering black and red aura, and he coldly looked down at Oden.
"Kaido!" Oden shouted, "What are you doing? We made a promise..."
"What did we agree to?" Kaido interrupted him. "Did we agree that you would hide in the shadows and send people to burn down my factories, rob my goods, and kill my people?"
Oda was stunned.
"What did you say?"
"Stop playing dumb with me!" Kaido had no intention of communicating and charged straight at Oden. "I'm here today to settle things with you!"
Before Oden could ponder the meaning behind Kaido's words, Kaido's spiked club came crashing down on him with a whooshing sound.
Boom!
Oden dodged to the side, and the spiked club slammed into the spot where he had just been standing, causing the entire street to explode as if struck by a meteorite.
Debris flew everywhere, shops on both sides were overturned by the blast wave, and people who hadn't run far away were shaken to their sides by the aftershocks.
"Wait! Kaido! There's a misunderstanding!"
Oden shouted as he retreated.
"Misunderstanding my foot!"
Kaido swept his staff across Oden, who raised his hand to block, but was sent flying, crashing into several buildings that symbolized the civilization of Wano Country.
Oden leaped out of the ruins and shouted at Kaido.
I don't want to fight you!
"Then you stand still and let me kill you!"
Kaido had no intention of giving Oden a chance to explain, and released a powerful burst of Conqueror's Haki from his body.
Buzz!
The air on the entire street suddenly felt heavy, and the people around who hadn't had time to run far rolled their eyes back, foaming at the mouth and collapsing to the ground.
Oden's pupils contracted.
He knew that if he didn't fight back, everyone here would suffer.
"Drink it!"
Oden shouted, releasing his Conqueror's Haki as well.
Two powerful, purplish-black auras collided in the middle of the street, causing visible cracks to appear in the air, as if the Sky Manipulation itself had been torn in two.
Kaido grinned, his smile menacing.
"That's right, that's more like it!"
Before the words were even finished, the two charged out simultaneously, their fists colliding with the club in mid-air!
Boom!!!
A massive shockwave rippled outwards from the point of impact, shattering all buildings within a radius of tens of meters.
A battle between two monsters erupted head-on on the main street of the Flower Capital.
Oden Mansion.
"Akuta!"
Kin'emon slammed his head through the guest room door, his face deathly pale.
"Something terrible has happened! Kaido has personally led his troops to attack! Our lord is already fighting Kaido in the streets!"
Akuta was sitting cross-legged on the tatami mat when he heard this, so he sat up.
"What did you say? Kaido and Oden are fighting!"
