Homelander glanced at the comments and figured he had warmed up enough.

Homelander clamped one hand around Ikaris's shoulder, yanked him down, and drove a knee hard into his stomach.
"Ugh!" Ikaris let out a pained grunt.
"Get ready for the fall—Vought Descent!"
"Argh—!!!"
Ikaris screamed as he plummeted like a meteor and slammed into the glacier below.
The impact shook the glacier violently. Solid ice shattered, sending countless shards flying in every direction like bullets.

Ikaris lay deep in the shattered ice pit. Golden threads across his Eternals Battle Suit flashed wildly, trying to repair his battered body.
Humiliation. Rage. Helplessness.

Ikaris gritted his teeth and rose from the pit.
He looked up and fixed his gaze on Homelander in midair.

Cosmic Rays packed with destructive energy shot skyward, straight at Homelander.

At the same moment, searing crimson light filled Homelander's eyes.
Red Heat Vision burst forth and collided with the golden Cosmic Rays.
