Mission and a Warm Home

Uchiha Ying watched his father busying himself in the kitchen, and a warm feeling rose in his heart.

"Father, why did you have time to cook today?" Uchiha Ying asked curiously as he set down his gear.

Uchiha Inabi smiled. "I've been busy all this time and haven't properly kept you company. My mission ended early today, so I wanted to make you something nice."

The kitchen filled with waves of enticing aromas. Uchiha Ying sat at the table, quietly watching his father's busy figure.

"Father, do you remember how you often cooked for me when I was little? I was truly happy back then," Uchiha Ying said wistfully.

Uchiha Inabi nodded slightly. "Yes, time passes so quickly. You've grown up and started taking missions too."

Before long, dish after delicious dish was brought to the table. Uchiha Inabi and Uchiha Ying sat across from each other and began enjoying this rare family meal.

"Ying, did this mission go smoothly?" Uchiha Inabi asked with concern.

Uchiha Ying nodded and briefly recounted what he had experienced during the mission. Uchiha Inabi listened intently, offering advice and guidance from time to time.

"Father, your experience is always so valuable. I'll definitely be more careful in the future," Uchiha Ying said.

Uchiha Qin's face was filled with a blissful smile. She looked at Uchiha Inabi, her eyes brimming with affection. "Honey, your cooking keeps getting better and better. You'll have to cook for us more often from now on."

Uchiha Inabi smiled gently. "As long as I have time, I'll cook more for you both. Ying, you need to pay more attention to your safety when carrying out missions too. We're all worried about you."

Watching the warm interaction between his parents, Uchiha Ying's heart was also filled with warmth.

"Father, Mother, I'll work hard to become stronger and protect our family," Uchiha Ying said firmly.

Uchiha Qin patted Uchiha Ying's head. "Our Ying is the best. We believe you can do it."

The family sat gathered together, enjoying this rare moment of peace.

Moonlight spilled across the ground outside the window, as though it too were blessing this happy family.

"Come in." Tobirama Senju's steady voice came from within.

Uchiha Ying pushed open the door and saw Tobirama Senju's stern face. Tobirama Senju looked at him and nodded slightly, signaling for him to sit.

"Ying, this mission is extremely important. Are you confident you can complete it?" Tobirama Senju asked.

Uchiha Ying straightened his back. "Lord Hokage, I will do everything in my power to complete the mission."

The Second Hokage, Tobirama Senju, stood solemnly before everyone, his gaze slowly sweeping across each of his disciples.

Uchiha Ying stood straight, feeling both nervous and excited.

"I have gathered you today because I have an important mission to assign." Tobirama Senju's voice was steady and powerful. "We recently received intelligence that an unidentified force is stirring at the border. I need you to investigate and determine their purpose and strength."

The disciples all nodded, their expressions grave.

Uchiha Ying clenched his fists and silently resolved to complete the mission brilliantly.

"This mission is difficult. You must cooperate with each other and proceed cautiously." Tobirama Senju continued, "Do not act rashly when danger arises. The bigger picture comes first."

Uchiha Kagami spoke up. "Lord Hokage, we will not disappoint you."

Nara Luquan added, "We will use our clan's secret techniques to assist the mission."

Afterward, Tobirama Senju laid out the mission's specific details and precautions in full.

The disciples listened carefully, committing every key point to memory.

Once he had finished his instructions, Tobirama Senju waved his hand. "Go. I look forward to your triumphant return."

Uchiha Ying and the other disciples immediately sprang into action. They quickly organized their equipment and set out on their challenging journey.

The three of them led the squad forward swiftly, weaving through the dense forest while warily observing their surroundings.

A light breeze rustled through the leaves, as if telling of the mystery and danger lingering over this land.

"Ying, there can be no mistakes on this mission. We must proceed carefully," Uchiha Kagami said in a low voice.

Uchiha Ying nodded slightly. "I understand. Everyone, stay alert. The moment you spot anything unusual, send a signal immediately."

Nara Luquan also spoke. "We can use my clan's secret techniques to sense danger around us in advance."

The squad members nodded one after another. Working closely together, they advanced toward their target.

Along the way, they encountered all manner of obstacles: attacks from ferocious beasts and treacherous terrain.

As they ventured deeper into the mission area, they gradually felt an immense pressure.

The air was thick with tension, as though invisible eyes were watching them.

The moment he spoke, sudden movement came from all around them. Countless black shadows burst from the forest, surrounding them completely.

The squad members immediately entered combat stance, ready to face the coming battle.

Uchiha Kagami and Nara Luquan also displayed their respective strengths, engaging the enemy in fierce battle.

Uchiha Ying frowned. "We are only carrying out a mission and have no intention of violating your territory. If possible, we hope to settle this peacefully."

"Settle it peacefully? It won't be that easy!" one member of the Cloud Hidden Squad said.

"We can't let them leave so easily," another Cloud ninja said.

However, the Cloud Hidden Squad would not listen. They began to close in slowly.

Uchiha Ying knew that a battle was unavoidable.

"Watch your coordination. Do not underestimate them," Uchiha Ying instructed in a low voice.

The battle was on the verge of erupting, and the two sides instantly clashed in a fierce exchange.
