Uchiha Inabi's expression was stern as he passionately continued, addressing the gathered Uchiha clansmen below. "Now is the time to show the strength of the Uchiha Clan! We are declaring war on the Land of Lightning!

The Land of Lightning has provoked and oppressed us for far too long. We can no longer sit and wait for death.

We will use our Sharingan, use our strength, and let the Land of Lightning know the might of the Uchiha Clan!

Make them pay a heavy price for what they have done!" His words echoed through the air, stirring the will to fight in every Uchiha clansman's heart.

Uchiha Ying wore a grave expression as he strode firmly toward the Hokage's office.

He gently pushed open the door and saw Teacher Tobirama Senju seated behind his desk, intently reading the documents in his hands.

Uchiha Ying lowered his head slightly and said respectfully, "Teacher Tobirama, the situation is dire.

For some reason, the Hidden Cloud Village has openly provoked our Konoha Village.

Their actions are utterly intolerable. We cannot simply stand by."

"Someone!" Tobirama Senju shouted.

The moment his voice fell, an ANBU member appeared in the room.

The ANBU member was cloaked entirely in black, with only a pair of sharp eyes visible.

He dropped to one knee and waited respectfully for Tobirama Senju's orders.

Tobirama Senju turned to face the ANBU member and said sternly, "Immediately deliver my order. Summon the heads of every major clan to the Hokage Building.

Be quick. There must be no mistakes." The ANBU member nodded slightly before vanishing from the room in an instant, like a ghost.

Tobirama Senju watched in the direction the ANBU member had disappeared and silently resolved to make the Hidden Cloud Village pay a heavy price for its provocation.

As afternoon approached, sunlight streamed through the windows into the Hokage Building's conference room, adding a touch of warmth to the space.

At this moment, the heads of the major clans arrived one after another.

The Hatake Clan Head entered the conference room with steady steps. He stood tall, his eyes revealing determination and decisiveness.

"I hope this can be resolved peacefully, but we cannot show weakness either," the Hyuga Clan Head said to the person beside him.

His manner was dignified and proper, displaying the Hyuga Clan's nobility and elegance.

The Uchiha Clan Head entered the conference room with an imposing presence.

His gaze was as sharp as a blade, making others reluctant to meet his eyes.

A confident smile rested on the Uchiha Clan Head's face, as though he were full of confidence in the battle to come.

He strode to his seat, flicked his long robe, and sat down with commanding authority.

"Hmph. The Hidden Cloud Village will pay for its stupidity this time," the Uchiha Clan Head snorted coldly.

The heads of the Ino–Shika–Cho Clan arrived together as well. The Ino–Shika–Cho Clan had always been known for unity and cooperation, and the three clan heads worked together seamlessly, supporting one another.

They entered the conference room chatting and laughing, bringing a hint of ease to the tense atmosphere.

We must make them pay a heavy price and let them know that Konoha Village is not easy to bully!"

Hatake Clan Head Hatake Shanshui wore a grim expression, anger flashing in his eyes. He slowly rose to his feet and said firmly, "The Hidden Cloud Village's actions are truly disgraceful! They actually tried to kill my nephew, Hatake Sakumo.

During the fight, they were clearly outmatched, yet because they could not win, they resorted to underhanded tricks. Such conduct is a desecration of a ninja's honor."

Hatake Shanshui swept his gaze across the assembled heads of the major clans before continuing, "Though the Hatake Clan has few members, we do not fear them.
