"Who did you invite?" Eli asked as he took the Butterbeer the waiter brought over.
"A lot of people, mostly fifth-years and above..." Hermione glanced outside. "They'll probably be a while yet. I need to ask the owner for a private room."
"I'll go." Eli ran off to ask Aberforth for a room. Throughout the whole exchange, the large old man wore a sour expression, looking thoroughly displeased.
Eli vaguely remembered that Aberforth was also a Dumbledore—Professor Dumbledore's younger brother. It seemed the two brothers had a rather poor relationship.
"Did you invite Draco Malfoy?" Ron Weasley asked Hermione when Eli returned to his seat.
"No... I haven't even seen him." Hermione shook her head.
Draco Malfoy had indeed been acting strangely lately, as though he had cut ties with them. He rarely appeared before them.
Eli could not help worrying that Draco Malfoy would follow the same path as in the films from his previous life.
Before long, someone pushed open the door and walked in.
"Hi!" Cedric was the first to arrive, and he had brought Cho Chang with him. The two of them were a couple.
Harry glanced at Cho Chang somewhat awkwardly. He had once been a little interested in her, but after learning that she and Cedric were together, his first love had ended on the spot.
After exchanging greetings, they headed to the room they had booked in advance. Discussing banding together against a professor was hardly appropriate in the main hall.
"I'd had this idea for a long time, so I agreed right away." Cedric was extremely enthusiastic. Normally, given his personality, he probably would not have joined something like this.
But he was already in his seventh year, and he wanted to earn a few more Outstanding grades in the upcoming NEWTs.
