With a splat, Draco Malfoy fell to the ground without the slightest reaction.

Ron Weasley's features scrunched together. "Oh... that must have hurt."

"He can't go. I'll send him back first. You wait for me outside the castle, and remember to bring your brooms. My Apparition can't take that many people yet."

Eli did not say anything else about being careful. They might have been impulsive, but they would not strut about in front of Death Eaters. The main thing now was to seize the time.

The remaining few exchanged looks. Neville muttered, "He's not really going to knock us out on the way too, is he?"

"I guarantee he won't," Hermione Granger explained on Eli's behalf. "We need to hurry."

They had all thrown school rules to the back of their minds. Perhaps after surrounding Umbridge's office, they had finally developed a sense of mission to punish evil and uphold justice.

The chaotic footsteps were especially piercing in the nighttime Hogwarts, and a shrill, ridiculous voice followed behind them, shouting at the top of its lungs.

"Students are out of bed! Students are running outside! Is nobody going to do anything?!"

The group paid no attention to the annoying Peeves. This mission was extraordinarily important, and they believed Professor McGonagall would not make things difficult for them.

Eli had already been waiting at the castle entrance. When he saw them fly out on a broom, he quickly said, "I'll go on ahead. You make your own way to the Department of Mysteries. Remember, don't get drawn into a fight. Take the Prophecy Orb with Harry Potter's name on it and leave!"

"What about you?"

"The Order of the Phoenix has arrangements. We won't let you get hurt. From here on, you must stay safe!"

Eli's expression was extremely grave.
