When fellow sect members mock Lin Feng, Xu Ping openly shields him and identifies him as a temporary registered disciple of their sect. Lin Feng responds by silencing the offenders, deepening Xu Ping’s trust in him 211.

Xu Ping later teams with Lin Feng in the two-person round. Lin Feng avoids the opponents’ attacks rather than ending the match himself, allowing Xu Ping to exploit the opening and strike both adversaries 213.

Elder Secret Realm

After Lin Feng exposes the elders’ plan to use competitors for their own interests, Xu Ping initially refuses to impose on him. Lin Feng nevertheless insists that they enter the Elder Secret Realm together as friends 219.

Xu Ping confronts the Third Elder after discovering that he cooperated with the Devil Lord and used disciples to strengthen himself. Once Lin Feng strips the elder of his power, Xu Ping and Xu Mao subdue him 240.

When Xu Ping’s sect later comes under attack, he urgently returns with Lin Feng and Xu Mao. Distressed by the destruction and the elders’ disappearance, he accepts Lin Feng’s help despite fearing that the crisis will burden him 244.

Lin Feng ultimately helps drive back the attackers, provides healing pills, and establishes a protective barrier around the sect. Xu Ping and Xu Mao prioritize caring for their injured sect members, demonstrating that their loyalty to the sect remains important to them 246.

Northern Martial Sect Competition

Xu Ping travels with Lin Feng and Xu Mao toward the Northern Martial Sect’s competition. He becomes more confident after Lin Feng’s guidance, but remains aware that their victories often depend on Lin Feng’s concealed assistance 250 253.
