"Yuu, we have already acknowledged Dawn Hidden Village's status, but this organization remains highly mysterious. Based on the information we've gathered so far, much of it is unreliable."
In his hand was an ANBU report. Its policies closely resembled those once implemented by Kirigakure: a strategy of isolation that cut off contact with the other villages. However, Kirigakure had severed itself from the outside world because of the Bloody Mist, under the Fourth Mizukage's harsh suppression policies.
From what had been revealed on the surface, Dawn Hidden Village had not cooperated with nobles as before. Instead, it had done something utterly rebellious: abolishing all the nobles in the country and partnering with major consortiums and commercial organizations. It was difficult to imagine. No one knew what path Dawn Hidden Village was currently taking.
"You have been in contact with them for some time. Can you briefly explain what they are actually trying to do?"
Minato Namikaze closed the document, and the eyes of everyone in the office fell on Uchiha Yuu. Yet in response to their question, Uchiha Yuu merely shook his head lightly and gave an ambiguous answer:
"I do not have command authority over ANBU, but according to some information provided by Enlightenment Weapons Store, Dawn Hidden Village has abolished all those nobles. They want to gather a large amount of capital to rebuild the country and the village, and turn the entire nation into a weapon in their hands. As for what exactly they have done, I have not received any information on that."
