Uchiha Kyu prepared to let the Divine Tree take root in the Land of Fire while waiting for the Tailed Beasts, and ordered the Empire to begin an all-out war against the Allied Shinobi Forces. As Hashirama and Senju Tobirama’s revived bodies began to crumble, Hagoromo Otsutsuki appeared and restored them to life.
