*Train to Busan* mission

Bai Qing initially travels with Zhang Wei, the conductor, and other survivors. Having watched Xu Mo's choices repeatedly prove correct, she leaves the group when he heads toward the mountain villas rather than Busan, believing that staying near him offers her the best chance to survive 353.

She bluntly asks Xu Mo for protection and accepts an intimate arrangement in exchange for his guarantee that she will survive. After Xu Mo cuts a passage through a railway fence with a summoned black longsword, her belief that he is far stronger and better equipped than an ordinary newcomer deepens 353.

Bai Qing accompanies Xu Mo to an isolated mountain villa, where she accepts his decision to avoid Busan after he deduces that the city will fall before the mission's three-day survival requirement ends. The pair survive in comfort, while Bai Qing gradually shifts from reluctant cooperation to genuine trust in his foresight 354 355.

When armed survivors attempt to seize the villa and threaten her, Bai Qing warns Xu Mo about their superior firepower but trusts his marksmanship.
