Background

Ohara was destroyed when Robin was eight. She spent the next six years living in a remote village, helping with housework and farm labor until unwanted marriage arrangements and an attempted abduction forced her to flee at fourteen. 39

She later worked as tutor to the young prince of Carlisle, teaching reading, arithmetic, and history. Robin left after the prince entered her room with inappropriate intentions; she restrained him with her Flower-Flower Fruit and threw him outside. 39

On Ghost Mulberry Island, Robin saved Oniki Nobuko from thugs and became the strategist behind Nobuko’s hotels, flower houses, and casinos.
