New Five Kage Summit, New and Old Kage

"Now that everyone is here, the Five Kage Summit can begin. Please take your assigned seats."

"The Five Kage Summit should be a matter for ninja. Why are warriors from the Land of Iron and people from the Underground Gold Exchange here?"

"Lord Tsuchikage, if not for the need to deal with the mysterious Masked Man, the Uchiha Clan, and Akatsuki, I doubt we would be here."

"According to the latest intelligence, Akatsuki appears to be recruiting. Rogue ninja and missing-nin from across the nations are heading to the Land of Rain, presumably to join Akatsuki in Amegakure."

"If so, that is troublesome indeed. But I would like to ask why the Kazekage, the Raikage, and Lord Tsuchikage have all suddenly been replaced."

Tsuchikage Ōnoki looked at the three unfamiliar Kage. To his left sat Mizukage Mei Terumi, with alluring red lips that seemed made for romance and a pair of long, slender legs. At a glance, she gave off a rather provocative impression.

To his right sat the Kazekage, a hulking figure nearly three meters tall with a vicious expression. No matter how one looked at him, he resembled a demon far more than a human.

Then there was the Raikage, seated beside Hiruzen Sarutobi. His aura rose and fell unevenly, as though he had suffered a grievous injury and had yet to recover. He probably had less than half his fighting strength left.

Hiruzen Sarutobi sighed. "I believe you know what happened to Sunagakure's previous Kazekage, Lord Tsuchikage. Elder Chiyo, the Kazekage's adviser, also fell in the Land of Rain. Is it so strange that the Kazekage here today is someone new?"
