The Plane Master prepared opportunities for him as Huo Yuhao paused by a stream to recover before entering the forest.

• Huo Yuhao escaped through the wilderness with his supplies and the White Tiger Dagger, refusing to seek help from the Star Tower because he feared endangering its people.
• Huo Yuhao's grief and hatred pushed his Spirit Eyes martial soul to rank ten, and he continued toward the Star Dou Great Forest to obtain his first soul ring.
• After ten days of travel, Huo Yuhao reached the outskirts of the Star Dou Great Forest, while the Plane Master considered the threats posed by Tang San and the Fantasy Tree and arranged opportunities for the Child of Destiny.

Huo Yuhao reached the outskirts of the Star Dou Great Forest, where Tang Ya, Bei Bei, and Gu Yeqiu encountered him over his grilled fish. After Gu Yeqiu hurried into the forest in response to a roar, Tang Ya and Bei Bei went after Huo Yuhao, who continued toward the forest determined to become a Soul Master and seek revenge.

• Huo Yuhao grilled and ate the fish he had brought, then tensed when Tang Ya and Bei Bei approached from one direction and Gu Yeqiu arrived from another.
• Gu Yeqiu rushed over, took a grilled fish, and ate most of the food before Huo Yuhao recognized her Star Tower badge and left the others behind.
• Bei Bei and Tang Ya introduced themselves to Gu Yeqiu, who said her name and showed no concern about being alone in the forest.

Ye Chenxing saved Huo Yuhao from the Ten-Year Wind Baboon and watched the Sky Dream Ice Silkworm emerge to choose Huo Yuhao as its host. After demanding a share of the silkworm’s cultivation, Ye Chenxing called out the hidden Plane Master, and time and space fell still.

After Ye Chenxing left, Sky Dream Ice Silkworm began transforming himself into Huo Yuhao’s Soul Ring, only to discover that three of his golden markings were gone.

• Ye Chenxing revealed that Tang San threatened the Plane Master and offered to partner with him, promising to restore the Plane Master and the Golden Tree if he won.
