Chen Qiu gained powerful traits, survived the Slaughter-Type secret realm, and recruited Fat Dragon, Scholar, and Ren while the Huang Family and other factions closed in on Windward City. After learning a Challenge-type secret realm would open nearby, Chen Qiu headed back toward Heaven-Question Market with talismans and a plan to pursue the coming conflict.

• Chen Qiu met fellow transmigrator Fat Dragon, entered the Bean Stalk Small World with him, and advanced through Qi Refining while killing demon beasts.
• Chen Qiu summoned wolf Wraiths to defeat Huang Shikai’s men, collected their valuable loot, and escaped a mob waiting outside the secret realm.
• Chen Qiu developed his traits by slaughtering purchased demonic beasts, reaching the Seventh Level of the Qi Refining Realm as the Huang Family and the Flower-Offering Sect pursued him and Fat Dragon.
• The Walking Celestial Maiden warned Chen Qiu and Fat Dragon that factions were converging on Windward City over a valuable Heavenly Dao Trait, but Chen Qiu chose to return and seek the promised reward.
• Chen Qiu defeated the Huang Family’s Seventh Elder and his thugs, then traveled with Fat Dragon to a chasm and killed Human-Faced Spiders to reach the Eighth Level.
• Chen Qiu hired the crippled Scholar and his brother Ren, offering them wages and promising Scholar a chance to obtain a Heavenly Dao Treasure Jade.
• After a Challenge-type secret realm was announced near Windward City, Chen Qiu borrowed Spirit Stones, bought two talismans, and departed with Scholar and the others on Azure Edge.

Chen Qiu forged a massive Dao Foundation, gathered powerful techniques and allies, and entered the Mock Heaven Minor World after confronting Wang Tiedan’s trait gamble and Ma Yinxue’s humiliation of Fat Dragon. The first trial forced Chen Qiu to kill a vision of Fat Dragon, and he emerged to find his real friend mortally wounded.

• Chen Qiu repeatedly failed Foundation Establishment while fighting Human-Faced Spiders until the Heavenly Dao rewarded his nine hundred and ninety-nine failures with a Heavenly Dao Foundation.
• Chen Qiu spent his Spirit Stones on auction supplies and powerful cultivation techniques, then used the Heavenly Treasure Vault’s opportunities to kill a demonic cultivator and enlarge his Dao Foundation.
• Chen Qiu and his companions hunted thousands of demonic beasts, while an old fortune-teller warned him that his Wraiths could drive him mad.
• Wang Tiedan gambled with Self-Severing Root in public and gained several traits, while Liu Attendant advised him to use his new strength carefully.
• Ma Yinxue mocked Fat Dragon, and Chen Qiu killed five of her suitors when they threatened him, and Fat Dragon then struck Ma Yinxue and rejected her accusations about their past.
• Chen Qiu and Fat Dragon entered the Mock Heaven Minor World, where Zhao Yishi slipped ahead and the first trial called for cultivators to sever their worldly attachments.
• Chen Qiu killed the Fat Dragon manifestation inside the trial barrier and emerged to find the real Fat Dragon mortally wounded, and he buried his friend and vowed to send him into the ground.

Chen Qiu inherited the Mocking Heaven Sect, then joined Scholar and Fat Dragon in defending Windward City from the Devil Invasion. After the Devil Race was defeated, Chen Qiu and his companions reached the ruined Heaven-Question Market, where they killed the Barefoot Immortal and Chen Qiu swallowed his Golden Core.

• Chen Qiu passed the Mocking Heaven Sect’s trials, became its seventeenth-generation sect leader, and gained control of the sect’s Minor World.
• After the secret realm expelled its cultivators, Scholar warned Chen Qiu and Fat Dragon that Myriad Demon Child planned to sacrifice Windward City, whose formation cut off escape and communication.
• A Golden Core cultivator shattered the formation, but Myriad Demon Child fled as the demonic beasts attacked and the Heavenly Dao announced the start of the Devil Invasion.
• Chen Qiu and Fat Dragon fought the invading beasts, and Chen Qiu used lightning to kill thousands before leading his Wraiths against the Devil Race cultivators.
• Chen Qiu unleashed a vast lightning barrage that killed nearly a thousand Foundation Establishment cultivators, then fought alongside Scholar to defeat nearly ten thousand Devil Race cultivators.
• The Heavenly Dao declared the Devil Race defeated and introduced a Fame Leaderboard, while Chen Qiu advanced to Foundation Establishment Second Layer and chose the Revival Wind Trait.
• Chen Qiu and Scholar went to the looted Heaven-Question Market, where the Barefoot Immortal trapped them and threatened Scholar, until Chen Qiu and the others wounded him and Scholar captured his fleeing Golden Core.
• Scholar told Chen Qiu that swallowing the Golden Core could greatly increase his cultivation, and Chen Qiu swallowed it and began digesting its spiritual energy.

Chen Qiu expanded his power through Poison-Thunder Marsh’s spoils and Liu Zide’s fame campaign, then fled Ji Taiping while pursuing cultivation and a path to a Heavenly Dao Spirit Treasure. He left for the Boundless Ice Wastes, as the Flower-Offering Sect moved to exploit the fame scheme and its Walking Celestial Maiden plotted against it.

• Chen Qiu recruited Scholar into the Mocking Heaven Sect, then led his group to Poison-Thunder Marsh, where they killed the Ten Thousand Poisons Sect disciples and Myriad Demon Child.
• Chen Qiu reached Foundation Establishment Third Layer, learned of the Fame Leaderboard, and met Liu Zide, who offered to spread recordings that would earn fame and Heavenly Dao Cultivation Pills.
• Chen Qiu funded Liu Zide’s campaign and cultivated the Nine-Poison Nether-Soul Method, while his group opened the spoils from Barefoot Immortal and Poison-Thunder Old Fiend’s storage rings.
• Chen Qiu consumed Liu Zide’s pills to reach Foundation Establishment Fourth Layer, and Fat Dragon gained new traits from the recovered loot.
• A fleeing demonic cultivator’s Tenfold Casting Trait Jade Slip landed with Chen Qiu as Ji Taiping sealed Mountain-Cleaving City, so Chen Qiu escaped to Autumn Reach City and ended Liu Zide’s campaign.
• Chen Qiu reached Foundation Establishment Fifth Level, found Dragon Vein Stones, and considered the Prodigy Rankings competition before deciding to wait until next year.
• Chen Qiu set off with his companions for the Boundless Ice Wastes, while Bao Yichao summoned the Flower-Offering Sect elders to discuss using Liu Zide’s fame method and the Walking Celestial Maiden vowed to destroy the sect.
