Of course, given the Otherworlders' numbers, influence, and strength, and the sheer disparity of a thousand natives to every Otherworlder, they could inflict little serious damage on the factions in their respective regions. Most merely stirred up unrest and harassment. They were unlikely to overthrow the native powers unless outside forces intervened. However, the Great Huan Celestial Dynasty had stirred up the Otherworlders only to harass and intimidate the various regions and force their allied armies to withdraw. It would not readily support any region's Otherworlder Faction, nor did it currently intend to!
