The Calamity Dynasty, Lordaeron Imperial City.
The generals of the Great Huan Expeditionary Army and the senior ministers of the Calamity Dynasty gathered to discuss the current situation in the United States Region.
At present, every nation-level power in the United States Region, large or small, had swarmed to the Calamity Dynasty's borders. Even the vast majority of civilian factions had gathered there, willingly or otherwise. Their numbers were impossible to calculate, but they numbered in the hundreds of millions-a veritable sea of humanity.
Of course, the United States Region was based on the Hero Civilization, which excelled above all others at mass-producing troops. It was hardly inferior to Canada's Atlantis Civilization (Canada's civilization relied primarily on resources, while the United States relied on population). Thus, the nations of the United States Region could recruit extremely quickly and field enormous numbers of soldiers. Precisely for that reason, however, the United States Region also had the highest death rate in the world.
In the early days of Forging the Sacred Court, the United States Region's total population (natives and Otherworlders combined) had exceeded three hundred billion, placing it among the top five regions. Of all the regions, it had the highest death rate and greatest population decline, bar none!
It was entirely reasonable to predict that, after this expedition the Great Huan Celestial Dynasty was determined to win, coupled with another region-wide mobilization, the United States Region's population would fall by more than half again. It would plummet straight from a top-tier region to a second- or third-rate one!
The powers of the present United States Region were led by six nations: the Radiant Divine Kingdom, Divine Tomb Empire, Calamity Dynasty, Natural Kingdom,
