One hand held the blue bear firmly in place while the other checked over everything she might need. Once she had made sure she was fully prepared, Edna looked around.
She had already done everything she possibly could... If that bear could still break free from this level of suppression, Edna would have to rush into the Undead Mages and fight alongside them in a group battle.
The Undead had actually prepared themselves for new enemies as well. Aside from the hall where she had just been, fully armed Knights were peeking out from the entrances of most cabins.
These were the people preparing to fight underwater. Even the colors of their armor differed from those of the Knights standing by the railings.
Some Priests dressed in a more natural style were placing holly and leafy mistletoe branches around the cabin entrances. The doorway of the cabin holding the Toril natives in particular was practically being wrapped in green branches... Were they preparing for the ship to capsize?
They had not only considered the need to seal the cabins completely later, but also how to give the people inside some extra air to breathe!
Edna tilted her head and smiled faintly, tossing all her worries aside... The Undead were prepared well enough. Was she really supposed to fear whoever Mulhorand might send?
She frowned slightly as she stared at the blue bear on the shore. Although the Undead's attacks were insignificant to a Demigod-level giant bear, there were simply too many of them... Even tiny wounds could be fatal when they covered its entire body.
And the greatest trait of totem Gods was that the more heavily injured they were, the stronger they became... Though that meant burning their souls, soul damage had never been a serious problem for them.
