The Undead's battle ended quickly.
Before they had even returned, Hill already knew the outcome.
After all, the Undead knights beneath his tower had already put down their shields and begun dividing up territory. They held paintbrushes of various colors, drawing fan-shaped zones beneath the tower.
Hill glanced at the outermost boundary they had marked out. With a flick of his fingers, he dragged the few remaining bones from Ambrin's corpse beneath the largest tree.
Hill spotted Xue Yunfeng. As a Mage, he had not rushed over to hack at the boss. Apparently, in his eyes, the God who had ambushed Hill did not count as much of a boss.
Compared to following the others to fight monsters, settling matters at the camp was more important to him.
He was sitting on the back seat of a Magical Beast elephant, circling the outermost edge of the camp to inspect it. His close companion, that fox, kept twitching its nose and muttering something to him.
The Knight in front of him had also turned most of his body around to join their discussion. Hill found him rather familiar-looking; he was probably one of the Elephant Corps commanders.
Hill asked Liszt, "Can you speak directly to Xue Yunfeng? If you can, ask where they plan to put the camp gate."
Liszt nodded. "If it is only a projection, there will be no problem."
He quickly appeared atop the elephant Xue Yunfeng was sitting on. The elephant did not react, but Xue Yunfeng and his fox were startled.
The fox swiftly jumped back two steps, completely ignoring its companion, who had nearly been scared off the elephant's back.
When Liszt returned, Hill asked gloomily, "What are those two plotting? It feels like they're up to no good!"
