Hill's Spellbook, an Existence Comparable to a Divine Artifact

When Hill held the Magic Book, he felt a strange sensation of souls merging.

He could sense that the Magic Book had developed intelligence and was completely obedient to him. Whatever he wanted it to do, it would willingly do.

He had made several Semi-Divine Artifacts. Although he could control them with a thought, he had never experienced anything this strange.

Hill could sense that it was very similar to Aglaia's bonded Divine Artifact.

However, this Magic Book had probably only completed the first step, so it had not reached that level yet.

It had only just become a Semi-Divine Artifact, and it was the kind that showed little reaction to laws.

That wasn't quite right, either. Looking at the elements of every type that had yet to dissipate, Hill seemed to realize that this reaction had been divided into several portions.

Hill said solemnly, "From now on, you are Hill's Spellbook."

Several words immediately appeared on the silver cover: "Hill's Spellbook."

Hill quietly opened the first page and sensed the Magic Book's first attribute.

Summoning spells cast through the Magic Book could directly summon Elemental Sprites of the same rank from the source. The mana cost was negligible and could practically be ignored.

That was an extremely beneficial attribute for Faerûn's Mages! Spells that didn't consume spell slots were always the most valuable.

It could be used once every six hours. The summoned Elemental Sprite could remain in the Prime Material World for sixty days if it was not deliberately dispelled. It was even possible to spend mana and extend the Elemental Sprite's stay.

Hill tilted his head and calculated for a moment. If he found a suitable place to live for a long time, he could completely fortify the area around him until it was utterly impenetrable.
