The Ring of Reincarnation's Holy Soul Baptism, on the other hand, purified the soul, healed hidden spiritual wounds, and cleared away useless memories and impurities accumulated over the years. It could even awaken certain soul-related talents and extend the soul's lifespan.

Without a doubt, it was the Ring of Reincarnation's Holy Soul Baptism.
Treasures like the Water of Life were plentiful. Those that could cleanse the soul and extend its lifespan were exceedingly rare.
Why did so many Legendary-Class Professionals from the Gods Continent enter the Desolation Continent in search of a breakthrough?
Because they were running out of time!
Depending on their race, cultivation techniques, secret arts, and other factors, Legendary-Class Professionals could live ten thousand years, or even tens of thousands.
At the lower end, though, ordinary human, Murloc, and Orc Legendary-Class Professionals generally lived only a few thousand years.
In short, the upper limit on lifespan was absurdly high, but the lower limit was frighteningly low.
And that was their natural lifespan!
It did not account for all the battles Professionals fought over the years.
